		<description>What&#039;s with this dish?  Shouldn&#039;t there be some vegetable? Maybe a sprig of green?  Where&#039;s the famous Japanese  presentation aspect? Also, where&#039;s the ambience?  Shouldn&#039;t there  be a plant inside or something to give it a little warmth? I think the only thing you have in common is the spoon.</description>
