I love this punkish flower vase by Japanese artist Wataru Komachi.
Flower arrangements are all about rules and suppressing the natural characteristics of plants. I mean, you would never find wild flowers growing the way they are arranged in a vase. And this vase totally contradicts that, which is why I think a super uptight flower arrangement (like something one of the Stepford Wives would put together) would make for a really interesting piece!The artist is also responsible for this piece.
